Are you NAATI accredited OR can you provide NAATI accredited translation?

A. Yes. Our translators are 100% NAATI accredited translators. Your document will bear the NAATI translator’s name, stamp and signature.

How much does it cost for NAATI translation of my document?

A. Our prices start at $70.00 for a 1 page document- but as all documents are different, we do need to see the document (s) first to provide you with an exact price. A scan or photo image is sufficient for us to provide a quote.

How long will it take to translate my document?

A. Our delivery time ranges from 6hours to 3-4 days.  Depending on the size of the document and the urgency, we can deliver the translation within 6 hours of payment received. Our normal delivery time is 3-4 business days and most of the time we deliver within 2 business days for e-mail delivery (soft copy).

Do you have an office in Sydney/Melbourne/Perth/Brisbane?

A. Yes, we currently have offices in all those states. However, before walking in please check with us whether you actually need to come in OR we can probably assist you over the phone or via e-mail. All you need to do is email us a scan or photo image of your document (s). We will immediately reply with a free quote and all information to proceed.

Can I use the translation for my visa/citizenship application?

A. Yes. Our translations are accepted by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIAC), DFAT and other official department.

Can I use the translation for my driving license?

A. Yes, our translations are accepted by the road authorities. However, please check with the specific state authority if any special rule applies. Most of them only require NAATI accredited translation, which we can provide.
